David Cole, creator and owner of Reposados, discovered his love and talent for the foodservice industry with his first job waiting tables at Pappasitos Cantina in Houston, Texas. After receiving a degree in the industry and spending almost 15 years managing both corporate and private restaurants all over Texas, his dream of owning his own restaurant finally became a reality.
Reposados Mexican Grill opened its doors in June 2004, greeted by a loyal following of customers from the restaurants David had managed before – people who had become friends and were eager to see him succeed on his own. His commitment to quality food and service, and relentless personal attention soon developed a new, larger group of customers who also grew to know David and cheered his success in a location where they had watched other restaurants fail.
