At home, hospitality was our way of life! I can remember, as a small boy that my grandfather always brought atleast one guest home to share our meal with us. Sometimes wen no one came, he sent someone out into the road to look for a complete stranger to do the honors.(Needless to say, few in our province remained strangers for very long!)

Neither should you! My wife, Elsa, and I want you to be as well looked after as if you were in our own home. All of our dishes are served "family style" just as they were centuries ago - piled high upon a singl e serving platter on top of a bed of our special sourdough bread.

So whatever you need to make your visit with us more enjoyable - anything
from "hold the jalapenos" to a "take-away box" for whatever you haven't
finished - please don't hesitate to ask for it. It is our family tradition to
serve you in any way we can!
