whole milk or water instead of cream, saving 70 percent in fat. With
less air content, this delightful treat is denser and reveals more
intense flavors than conventional ice cream. To date, Paciugo has more
than 200 receipes and offers up to 40 flavors each day. Our gelato is
hand-crafted on site with fresh fruit and all-natural ingredients
imported from Italy.
