Okay, this week, let’s travel over to the sushi side of the menu…  If you aren’t a fan for fear of eating raw anything, you should still TRY it!!

Okay, this cute little sushi spot is quite a hit in the Knox Walk area.  It is located right next to Sur La Table, so you can make this a trip for culinary needs, and dinner!!  What more could you ask for?!?!
The space is a bit industrial, with an Asian flare.  It is really a staple in our repertoire for handy dinner options to pick when we are in the mood for some yummy seafood.  For those who are a little less adventurous, they have wonderful variety of prepared chicken and beef options on the menu, as well as a variety of soups, salad and noodle dishes.  You can find a little bit of everything here!!

But, for those who love yummy sushi, you have found your spot!!  Their specials change weekly with their chef’s mood, but this is in addition to their standard fare.  On our last trip, we had the edamame, which is steamed soy beans lightly salted, to start, and followed that up with a couple different spicy tuna rolls, tuna sushi, and a veggie roll to count as a vegetable!!  To accompany their meals, they have a great wine and sake menu is very diverse, and informative.  Truly, after our meal and vino, we were both stuffed and satisfied, for about the same price as you would expect to pay for dinner in Dallas.

If you are in the mood for sushi in the Knox Henderson area, then Little Katana should be on your radar… Oh, and if you are shopping all day at the Galleria, and sushi is on your mind, they also have a location in the Galleria right by the front door of Macy’s facing the ice skating rink.  Doing full contact shopping like I do… Well… You just never know when hunger will strike!!

Until the next Dish is served!
