If you are in the mood to do a fun evening of See-And-Be-Seen in the Las Colinas area, then I have the place for you!!  Talk about some eye candy!!  This is a fun night spot with wonderful food, and easy on the eyes clientele!! 

Some friends of mine and I decided we were in the mood for a fun night out catching up over some snacks and bottles of wine!!  The bar area at Cool River Café definitely the spot to do this!!  They have a wonderful bar menu, as well as a full menu if you decide to sit in their dining area.  The bar area was more our style that night!!  We had a couple of fabulous bottles of wine from their wide assortment of every type of wine imaginable!!  …at EVERY price point too!!  Sheesh!!  There are some hidden gems in there, you just have to look!!

To accompany our vino, we had an assortment of yummy treats!!  With our white wine choices, we had the Crab Cakes, and the Absolut Peppar® Shrimp Cocktail, and the Deep Dish Spinach and Artichoke Dip with homemade chips.  These were all wonderful and fresh, and were great finger foods for all of us to share and chat.  The food was wonderful, and since I have eaten in the dining area before, I am well aware that this tastiness is carried through on the dinner menu as well!  Truly, with a huge bar area, with lots of big screens, pool tables, and a DJ on weekends, this place can definitely fit the bill for a fun night out with girlfriends!!
